Amandine-Crabtree

AMANDINE CRABTREE | Aerospace International Trade Specialist | Washington State Department of Commerce

Amandine has more than 15 years of experience in business development and marketing within the aerospace and defense industries, identifying and growing partnership opportunities to create strong business brands across an extensive industry network.
In her various roles, she has not only nurtured strong relationships with the local and national clusters, but also global concerns in Europe (France, Germany, Belgium and the UK) and Asia (Japan and South Korea), gaining a deep understanding of the complex ecosystems supplying major OEMs.
Amandine assists small Washington State aerospace companies with their international business development goals, strengthening communities throughout the state. Amandine is a dual French/American citizen; she fell in love with Washington back in 2000 and made it her home since 2007, living in Seattle with her husband Scott, three daughters Lilia, Violette and Iris.

Ariane_OgierARIANE OGIER | Executive Director | FACC-PNW

Ariane Ogier has 20 years’ experience in marketing and communication in Paris, Dubai and Seattle.
Ariane started her career in Paris in the marketing and sales departments of cinema companies (UGC, MK2, Festival de Cannes). She pursued her career as a Market Research Consultant in the NPD Group. She then moved to Dubai and worked for six years as a Marketing and Communications Manager for a luxury watch brand (Panerai / Richemont group).
She moved to the Seattle area ten years ago, where she worked in localization for gaming and IT companies (Microsoft, Amazon, Canva, Getty Images) and as a Sales & Marketing Analyst at Morgan & Sampson USA. Certified in Digital Marketing from the University of Washington, Ariane launched in 2018 the “Ici Seattle” website, an online bilingual lifestyle magazine about the Seattle region. Ariane joined the FACC PNW in 2020 as Executive Director, developing business relations between France and the United States in Washington, Oregon and Idaho. She was also appointed the Honorary Consul of France in the state of Washington, providing a local consular presence for French nationals.
Ariane graduated from the EDHEC Business School (France) in 2000.
Ariane loves the Pacific Northwest, where she enjoys outdoor activities including hiking, swimming, cross-country skiing, and paddle boarding. She lives in Bellevue with her husband and three kids.

Baptiste-Giacometti

BAPTISTE GIACOMETTI | Program Leader | AeroTEC

Baptiste bids for and executes various aerospace programs with AeroTEC, ranging from conventional aviation Supplemental Type Certificates to special missions, electric propulsion clean-sheet aircraft design, experimental hydrogen fuel cell aircraft modification, and eVTOL.
AeroTEC programs have been successful at delivering value across a wide variety of services: engineering design, wind tunnel models, manufacturing and assembly of experimental prototypes and conforming vehicles, flight testing, certification, production and maintenance. The company is able to assemble, modify, test and maintain aircrafts in its MRO facility at Grant County International Airport in Moses Lake, WA, with Part 145 certification for Boeing 737NG, 737MAX, 747, 777, and Cessna Caravan.
Prior to moving to the Puget Sound area in 2019, Baptiste was an Aerospace Engineer in Propulsion Integration with Safran Aircraft Engines. He authored several certification analysis and test reports regarding the fire protection of the CFM LEAP engine and nacelle, before developing the air cooling system of the low pressure turbine for the Silvercrest bizjet engine.
Baptiste holds a Master Degree of Engineering from Ecole Centrale Lyon and a Master of Science Degree in Heat Science and Energy from University of Lyon I.

CaroleCeardCAROLE CEARD | Project Manager | FACC-PNW

With more than 20 years of experience in marketing and corporate communication, Carole has led large-scale operations that have enabled her to acquire solid expertise ranging from the development of internal and external communication strategies to complete operational management.
She started her career as a consultant within Publicis, the world’s third-largest communications group, beginning with digital communication and crisis management. She has then led numerous event communication projects for public institutions and corporate clients, bringing together from 100 to 2,000 persons.
Carole joined the FACC PNW in 2021 as Project Manager to head up the organization’s communication, and enhance the business relationship between United States and France.
She has a master degree in International Business from IPAG Business School in Paris.
She moved with her husband and two kids to Seattle area in 2018 where they enjoy new way of life.

DIETMAR KLAUBER | General Manager Seattle office | Liebherr Aerospace

Dietmar leads the Liebherr-Aerospace offices located in Everett, Washington. As the General Manager of Liebherr-Aerospace U.S. Offices, Dietmar is managing the Liebherr liaison engineer teams in U.S. which offer, beside others, program support for the 747-8 ECS, 767-2 NGS, 777X folding wing and high lift actuation, as well as the 777/777X Main Steering Actuation System and the 787 Nose Gear Steering Controller.
Dietmar also represents the Aerospace pillar of the Liebherr Group in the U.S and is pursuing strategic targets. Prior to becoming General Manager of U.S. Offices for Liebherr Aerospace & Transportation in 2011, Dietmar worked as Program Manager of Regional Jets at Liebherr-Aerospace Lindenberg GmbH, on programs with Embraer in Brazil and Bombardier in Canada.

F-GuerzederFRANCOIS GUERZEDER | Corporate Senior Vice President Boeing Programs | Safran 

Francois spent most of his career in Customer Relationship and Business development in the Aerospace industry.
He spent 10 years located in the United States working for a French company developing engineering services and wiring harness for the aviation industry including Boeing.
Back in France in 2000, he moved to the aircraft propulsion business with GE and then Safran Group. His latest position in France was with Safran Nacelles (a business unit of Safran Group) as VP Sales & Marketing OEM and Airlines, member of the company Executive Committee. In Sept 2020, he was named in Seattle as Safran Group Corporate SVP for Boeing Programs.
Francois also represents Safran Aircraft Engines part of CFM with GE Aviation to Boeing.
Francois was graduated by the University of Nantes (France) in 1982.

Julien ACIS is the Business Development Manager in the Seattle area for Albany Engineered Composites (AEC), an Advanced Composites Manufacturer.
M. Acis has a 20+ year of experience in the aerospace industry gathered in Project and Operations management for different aerospace companies, with a deep knowledge of the composites industry. M. Acis has started his career has a design engineer for composites structures. He has led afterward the implementations and the operations of facilities for composites productions in different countries (Morocco and Mexico). During his previous activity, M. Acis has led technical and business development teams in North America, supporting the growth of an aerospace international group in the US. His current role with AEC includes business development activities around Aerostructures & Systems (Development and manufacturing), but also activities related to lobbying and promotion of the Albany Engineered Company throughout the globe.
Mr. ACIS has a Master degree in Structural and Materials mechanics from the engineer School E.P.F. near Paris, France.
Mr. Acis is married and father of 3 children; He resides in the Seattle area.

MICHAEL BANGUE-TANDET | Sales Account Director– Airplane Services Europe | Boeing Commercial Airplanes

Michael Bangue-Tandet is Boeing Sales Account Director for France and the Netherlands. He leads a team of five functional Sales Directors based in Europe and in his position, Bangue-Tandet is responsible for Boeing’s business relationships with airline customers and sales of all Boeing
commercial services to customers, as well as the support of Boeing commercial airplanes Sales in the region.
Bangue-Tandet was previously Director of Sales for North, West and Central Africa and Regional Marketing Director for Europe and China. In this role, he was responsible for developing regional marketing strategies and deploying marketing campaigns that led to increased airplane sales.
Prior to this appointment, Bangue-Tandet held many positions in the Boeing Sales and Marketing organization, including Regional Marketing Director in the Economics and Network and Fleet planning departments, as well as Sales Program Manager for Middle-East, Russia, Central Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining Boeing, Bangue-Tandet spent over 10 years working for the Safran group in Europe and in the US in various positions from Engineering to program management.
Bangue-Tandet holds a Master and a Post-graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master degree in Aerospace Engineering. He also completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Washington Foster School of Business.
Bangue-Tandet and his family live in Bellevue, Washington.

MichelMerluzeau

MICHEL MERLUZEAU | Director, Market Analysis & Strategy Commercial and Defence Markets | AIR Inc 

Michel Merluzeau brings twenty five years of aerospace research expertise, leading global teams providing analysis and strategic insights. He is primarily responsible for establishing and reviewing AIR strategic priorities and translating them into research services & products across commercial aerospace and defense markets.
Over the years, Michel has managed over one hundred projects ranging from complex end-user analysis, product launch strategies, capture campaigns, competitive strategy & intelligence assessments. These included analyses across civilian and military markets including special mission, ISR, tactical aircraft, transport category and business aircraft. His primary areas of expertise are aircraft systems with particular emphasis on commercial avionics, military sensors, flight control technologies and aircraft materials.
Prior to joining AIR in 2016, Michel worked for the Frost & Sullivan Aerospace & Defence group from 1994 to 2006 as an analyst and then as Director of the DC Defense practice, and from 2014 to 2016 as Vice President, Commercial Aerospace. He also served as the Managing Director of G2 Solutions, a market analysis firm based in Seattle from 2006 to 2014. Michel has been a regular contributor to Speednews, PNAA, Frost & Sullivan, Ohio Aerospace Institute, INWAC and Aviation Today conferences and is frequently mentioned in news/publications including; Aviation Today, NBC, WSJ, TVA, AFP, BBC, CNBC, Flight International, Avionics Magazine, Bloomberg News and Sky News.
AIR was previously affiliated with AirInsight Group until late 2021. From 2022, the company is a partner of Orange County based Patriot Industrial Partners.
Michel is a graduate of the University of Provence where he studied Economics, Applied Mathematics and History.

ODrean

OLIVIER DREAN | Strategic Program Director, Boeing Program | Dassault Systèmes America Corp.

As a part of the Boeing Program since 2017, he has served as Chief MOM Architect where he lead the successful agile operation of the MOM team. His role expanded as he lead the Manufacturing domain encompassing both MOM and DME.
Prior to joining the Boeing program Olivier DREAN has 25 years of leadership experience including positions as production manager, lean manufacturing consultant, and a leader of multiple global Manufacturing Digital Transformations.
He completed a Master of Engineering from Polytech Orleans in aerodynamics including an exchange program at Wichita State University. He also hold an MBA from HEC Paris.
He moved with his wife and four kids to Seattle area in 2018 where they enjoy golfing, skiing and scuba diving.

Pierre-Yves’s initial career at Zodiac Aerospace offered him a large spectrum of management positions covering engineering, production, program management, sales or business development. Most of his 15 years of experience in the aerospace sector were acquired here, in the Seattle area where his knowledge of the industry and of the local customers helped him lead to success some of the most challenging programs. In the past decade, he focused on the introduction of some of the latest aerospace technologies promoting the composite plane, the more electric plane, and automation with industry 4.0. He now specializes in avionics and future on-board electronic systems. Pierre-Yves holds a Master Degree of Engineering from the Institut Catholique d’Arts & Metiers.
